What You’ll experience in these 2 hours…
This is not a lecture.
It’s a warm, intimate afternoon designed for women who are ready to stop fighting themselves.
Together we’ll gently explore the voice that’s been criticizing you (and why it got so loud), map out the perfectionism / people-pleasing cycle that’s been draining you, and practice a compassionate way of relating to that inner voice.
You’ll work with a beautiful workbook created just for this workshop, have time for open reflection, and experience a guided process that will shift how you talk to yourself.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately — and the beginning of a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself.
Does This Sound Familiar?
You're tired of battling your inner Negative Nancy—she tends to highlight the one thing you did wrong, ignoring the 99 things you did right. You are ready to transform her into your own personal cheerleader.
You sometimes feel like peace is out of reach—it seems like every time you are about to get a break, ANOTHER emergency happens, and you're tired of waiting for the other shoe to drop
You second guess yourself all of the time, afraid to voice your needs out of fear of sounding stupid, selfish, or causing a conflict. This makes it hard to connect with others and voice your own needs without guilt.
You know you need to make a change but you don’t know where to start.
Just Imagine…
Having clarity about what you truly want for your life… and feeling worthy of making that a priority over everyone else’s needs.
Valuing your own time and energy no longer feels selfish, but natural and necessary.
Realizing you’re not alone in the patterns you’ve been carrying — many of which may have been passed down to you. In this small, safe group, you’ll see your own story reflected in others and feel deeply seen and supported.
Carrying less guilt when you rest, set a boundary, or choose yourself.
Believing in yourself and having a greater sense of inner harmony — so your relationship with yourself feels peaceful and accepting.
And experiencing your days with more ease… showing up in your work, your relationships, and your life with more peace, present, and even moments of genuine fun and joy.
This is the shift that becomes possible when you give yourself permission to turn inward, understand where these patterns began, and practice a kinder way of relating to yourself.
That’s exactly what we’ll create together in this warm, intimate workshop.
Get ready to quiet your inner critic and be so much kinder to yourself.
You’ll be surprised by how much can change in just one afternoon!
You’ll Discover….
Powerful strategies to let go of perfectionism and people-pleasing — and finally value your time and energy as much as you value everyone else’s.
The first gentle step toward building a truly loving relationship with yourself so you can speak your truth without guilt.
Simple, practical ways to clarify what you want and make yourself a priority without burning out or feeling selfish.— so you can set boundaries and rest without guilt.
How to recognize and begin releasing inherited patterns around over-giving and self-sacrifice that may not have been yours to begin with.
Calming techniques and inner practices you can use anytime to create more peace of mind — even on busy or overwhelming days.
What it feels like to be deeply seen and supported by other women who understand exactly what you’re carrying.
Greater self-compassion and the beginning of a kinder inner dialogue — so you stop fighting yourself and start believing in yourself more.
How to show up in your life and relationships with more peace, fun, joy, and ease in your own skin.
What People are saying…
“When I joined the ‘How To Be Your Own Best Friend Workshop, I learned that being my own best friend starts with looking at my interior world. Allesanda taught me powerful techniques to reach that deeper part of myself so I could truly love my whole self. After putting her practices into my daily life, I now treat myself and others with a kindness and grace I didn’t even know I possessed. This deeper love has helped me achieve personal goals I once thought were completely out of reach.”
-Dana S.
“I’ve attended many workshops and Allesanda’s are my favorite. She allows the perfect amount of time for reflection and discussion. I think about them for days following the event and notice parallels even months later. She invokes deep thought while holding space in a gentle and loving manner.”
-Lisa F.
"What a wonderful workshop! I'm loving this healing journey I've been on the last 9 months and all of the amazing opportunities and connections that have come from it-including meeting you!! I'cant wait to put these new practices into action! THANK YOU!!"
-Nicole L.
"This was such an incredible event! I absolutely loved it and can't wait to go to another one!"

Hi, I’m Allesanda
I didn’t start out calm. I started out trying to fix everyone else—pouring everything I had into the people I loved while quietly abandoning myself. For years I believed that if everyone around me was okay (especially my dad, who has lived with Multiple Sclerosis my whole life), then I would finally be okay too.
I worked three jobs, stayed in unhealthy relationships, and numbed my constant anxiety with alcohol. Saying “no” felt selfish. My worth lived in what I could do for others. Then life broke me open.
In 2016 I lost my mom to cancer. A year later, in 2017, our home burned down in a wildfire. Everything I’d been clinging to for control disappeared, and I finally hit a bottom that left me no choice but to heal from the inside out.
That’s when the real transformation began. I got sober in 2015, opened Unwind Mind Body Soul in 2016, and started blending the 12-step tools that saved me, Internal Family Systems-inspired parts work, clairvoyant energy healing, and years of bodywork into a deeply supportive approach for women just like me.
Today I guide high-achieving, heart-centered women—nurses, doctors, teachers, therapists, entrepreneurs, and caregivers—who are exhausted from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and carrying everyone else’s needs.
You’ve spent decades showing up for everyone else, and now you’re quietly wondering if there’s room left for you.
If you’re tired of battling your inner Negative Nancy, second-guessing yourself, and feeling guilty the moment you try to put yourself first… I see you.
You don’t have to do this alone. You don’t have to wait for “someday.” And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
That’s why I created this workshop.
The How To Be Your Own Best Friend Workshop is the space where we gently turn inward together. You’ll learn practical, soulful tools to tame that inner critic, release what’s not yours to carry, and finally build a kind, loving relationship with yourself—the kind that spills over into every area of your life with more peace, joy, and freedom than you thought was possible.
If that sounds like the soft landing you’ve been craving, I’d love for you to join us. There are only 12 spots, and I can’t wait to hold space for you as you come home to yourself.
