If you’re the one who holds it all together...
The strong one, the fixer, the giver, the peace keeper, the one everyone else leans on in your family, your workplace, or both you most likely
-Say yes when you’re already overcommitted.
-Worry about the ones you love— sometimes carrying their problems as if they were your own.
-Feel guilty when you rest.
And somewhere along the way, you started to believe you’re the only one who feels this way.
Good news, you’re not.
The Unwind Women’s Circle is a small gathering of women
who get it.
It’s a place to hear other women talk openly about what’s really going on behind the people-pleasing—the caring for so many, the overthinking, the hard time saying no because you love your people… and the subtle way you lose yourself along the way because you keep putting others needs ahead of your own.
How this will help
Sharing your story (if you want, no pressure), and listening to other women share theirs, lightens the emotional weight that can come with being a heart-centered, empathetic person.
When you’re in a room full of women who understand, something in your nervous system shifts. You start to see the pattern instead of just living inside it.
And that’s the first step toward more peace and greater relief.
No fixing.
No performing.
No advice unless you ask for it.
Just women who get it,
held in a safe, confidential space.
How it works
Arrive and settle.
Coffee, tea, and a few quiet minutes to land.
A short talk.
I share on a topic related to people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-compassion. Every circle has a different focus.
The floor opens.
Share how the topic shows up in your life, or simply listen. Sharing is always invited, never required.
A closing meditation.
A short grounding practice to help you leave settled.
Stay if you’d like.
Time to chat and connect over coffee and tea.
The relief of realizing you’re not the only one
A space to be heard without being fixed, advised, or managed
Practice treating yourself with the compassion you give everyone else
A calmer, more grounded feeling than the one you walked in with
Connections with women who understand

“Allesanda has a kind and open presence that not only allows for sharing with everyone in the circle, but to hold a space to reflect what’s going on internally.
I appreciate that she does this with no pressure or judgement. Just openness and kindness.”

Hi,
I’m Allesanda Tolomei-Hard, a wellness and relationship coach in Napa.
I’ve been a people-pleaser for most of my life.
I know what it feels like to put others needs ahead of my own and hold everyone else together while slowly losing myself.
I started these circles because I’ve seen what happens when another woman puts words to the feelings and experiences you’ve carried for years, but did not know how to identify.
Realizing you are not alone on this journey allows you to finally breath easier.
Feel your shoulders relax.
And realize that things don’t always have to be so hard.
I’d love to hold that space for you.

-
No. You can just listen. Many women find that’s enough.
-
Most women come in a little nervous and leave surprised by how comfortable it felt. There’s no right way to show up.
-
No. It’s a peer circle, not clinical care, and it isn’t a 12-step meeting. What is said in the circle stays in the circle.
-
Adult women. Registered guests only—please don’t bring someone who hasn’t signed up.
-
Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance for a refund (minus the processing fee). After that, the spot is non-refundable so someone else can take it.
